Hermitage Three Chopt’s setting within Henrico County’s West End is ideal for convenience and accessibility. We are close to major thoroughfares and highways, making it easy for family and friends to visit regularly.
For added peace of mind, our premier Memory support community in Richmond, Virginia, is close to top-notch health systems if additional care is ever needed. We are also near to Short Pump's popular shopping destinations and exceptional dining—and downtown Richmond's vibrant cultural scene is just 20 minutes away.
Since 1948, Pinnacle Living has grown from a single community serving seniors to six retirement communities across the Commonwealth of Virginia. Throughout our history, we have continued to evolve, enhancing services to meet the needs of those we serve.
As a not-for-profit, faith-inspired organization, Pinnacle Living exists to better lives, not to generate better profits for shareholders. The Wesleyan spirit inspires our team members, volunteers, board and leadership to serve the world’s needs. We are proud of our heritage and continue to operate as a mission-driven organization that welcomes people of all faiths.
There are factors involved in calculating costs for eachindividual. These include (but are not limited to) residence style, level of support, etc. We’re happy to provide pricing information. Please call 804 538 4783 or send us a note through our contact form at the bottom of the page.
Most long-term care insurance policies pay a daily reimbursement amount for Memory Care, up to a daily or monthly maximum. We are happy to review the terms of your policy with you to see what you need to qualify for the benefit. We will also assist you in filing any necessary paperwork or billing information your provider requires.
Hermitage Three Chopt is committed to enhancing residents’ quality of life in every way. Wellness can mean many different things, depending on the individual. Our innovative Pathways to Wellness program takes a holistic approach that breaks down barriers regardless of age or abilities. Throughout our inspiring campus, we are here to help guide and nurture every dimension of your well-being so you can flourish—mind, body and spirit.
For some, well-being means a walk with friends. For others, it is volunteering, reading a book in private or playing a game of cards. We present events, activities and programs designed and run by our team members, who are dedicated to providing holistic support and options that benefit our residents’ health.
